CRISIS SUPPORT
People who have recently experienced crisis or trauma can be in a very fragile state. Nervous system, vital energy, glandular activity and body chemistry are out of their usual balance.
As a consequence, they might experience themselves and the world around them in an unusually discomforting, stressful and sometimes hostile way.
Kundalini Yoga is very efficient in strengthening and synchronising the activities of nervous and glandular systems which are very important for our perception, a healthy processing of thoughts and emotions, and our resulting decision making. We achieve this mostly by exercises which synchronise body movement, breath and sound and a balanced mix of effort and relaxation.
Kundalini Yoga sessions quickly help participants feel calmer and more centred and access a sense of natural inner strength. With a wide variety of exercises, we have something to offer for everybody in any state.
