Fateh

Project & Partnership Manager

My name is Fateh and I work with GRDP’s partners and Kundalini Yoga teachers to ensure the charity is delivering the best experience and outcomes for all involved.

My background is very eclectic. I’ve studied Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training levels 1 & 2, taken refuge with a Chinese Vajrayana and Zen Master, and am a fascinated student of Rudolf Steiner’s Anthroposophy. I’m a therapist by trade (BACP accredited counsellor) and also a Mindfulness and Yoga Nidra teacher, and a Buddhist Chaplain. Ultimately, there is no Buddhist, no Sikh, no Christian… there is just Truth or not Truth. We either live ever refining our alignment to it, or we do not.

I will always be grateful for the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, and to those that shared them with me during a very difficult period in my life. I do not know of any better methodology for assisting people during crisis – being self-empowering, accessible in some form for nearly everyone, and healing of mind, body and Soul.

This is why I want to serve within the Guru Ram Das Project, and why I believe that the intention behind the Guru Ram Das Project is so important: To share Kundalini Yoga where the technology is most needed, with a heart open to the Guru’s grace and healing, and a love of true community.
